The Relationship Model

The Relationship Model™ is a model of governance, leadership and management based on common sense and the understanding that relationships are the human operating system. Values, structure and process are the three basic components of relationships. The Relationship Model™ is applicable in any culture, since the basic design of successful and productive relationships is universal.

The values are affirmation, involvement and servant leadership.

The components of the structure of relationships include authority, limitations of authority, responsibility, expectations of responsibility and accountability.

The six core processes of relationships are communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, planning, delegating and monitoring/measuring.

High quality consulting doesn't have to be expensive.
