Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 30 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. GovernanceMatters.com INC. is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please start the process by filling out our Exchange and Return Form. Once we receive the request we will review the details and confirm approval. If the request is approved, we will provide you with a the shipping address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary. When shipping an item for a return or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
