This Monitoring and Mitigating Risk 402 short course provides training for your board to identify and monitor risks without managing them. You will receive almost two dozen actual risk that you may wish to consider monitoring. The course will also help you to identify indicators of risk, both objective and subjective indicators so vital in every not-for-profit organization. You will be able to set the “red line” beyond which you will work with your CEO/Pastor to mitigate the risks you have identified. Committees will be involved.
