Description

Support Your CEO is designed to provide hands-on coaching to boards that want to strengthen their relationship with their CEO or Pastor. You will be assigned a Relationship Model Coach who will help you clarify your structure by developing a CEO/Board Relationship Description and design the expectations and limitations policies that will support the Board in delegating authority and responsibility to the CEO.

Support Your CEO is available to values-based and faith-based not-for-profit organizations and Christian Churches, with specific content designed to support your organization type.
